MARKETING

We promote consistently on our weekly podcast, socials and discord server, but YOU are our boots on the ground in your city! We’re relying on you to get the word out locally! Here are the best practices we recommend:

Post our show poster, or additional promo materials (our videos, etc), to your Instagram grid and/or Facebook page at least three times:

upon announcement
a week before the show
in the days leading up to the show (NOT the day of the show!)

Including us in your monthly lineup listing post is excellent, but does NOT count as any of the above! Posting the show buried in a “carousel” is also nice but does NOT count as any of the above!

We run our own socials (@thesloppyboys) and are ready to accept collab requests at any moment!

Place the physical 11×17 poster at points of interest throughout your community, not just inside your venue!

If you have a backline, we’d love to use it! Otherwise, we are ready with with amp sim pedals.

INPUT LIST:

3 normal vocal mics. (Wireless & Boom stands preferred if possible)
XLR input for our special autotune mic (no stand)
DI for bass. Straight from amp simulator pedal. (Unless there's a backline amp)
DI for guitar. Straight from amp simulator pedal. (Unless there's a backline amp)
Mics for backline drums
Two 1/4" DI inputs (L and R) for our Roland Sampler, by the drums
